1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Suspension & Closure

vkk8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial misconduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required time frame.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant and subject to administrative closure after reasonable notice.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Receipt of a third-party request from a verified guardian, regulator, or law enforcement authority.

Upon closure of an account for terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited at vkk8's discretion depending on the nature of the violation.
